The following tel conversation took place about a min ago.
Baby: Hello Nana, baby leave for you one nugget.
Me: Nugget from where?
Baby: KFC, teacher give, just now go excursion, Science Centre!
Me: How many nuggets you have?
Baby: Two only, one I eat, one I keep for you.
Me: Aiya no need, just eat the nugget. So what did you see at Science Centre?
Baby: Dinosaurs.
Me: That's all, what else?
Baby: Got many other animals, but I don't know their names.
Pathetically cute, what a sweetheart. :)
Page One is having 20% of Paulo's books, and some other amazing titles as well. I freely browsed, no in fact read, By The Rover Piedra I Sat Down And Wept, till page30 last week at MPH. It's a damn good book. Having the sale, of coz I'm not gonna freeload.
My ridiculous birthday wish for Jack; may you have strong fingers to work the computers so as to excel in your studies and such, and may you have a warm and fuzzy heart always like the bears in my store so you'll give and get all the love in the world. And more importantly, many happy days ahead. :)
In a matter of few hours, Lifa will settle in safely at Florida. Boo! She's one lucky girl, been to so many places before the age of 21. I can see her becoming a social worker and such, she dedicated her teenage years into this. On the downside, she won't be here to celebrate her birthday, including mine as well. And it's not only her, Shima's heading to London end of June. Oh London, where anything and everything cool comes from. Anyways, it's 3 of my good girlfriends away in July, including Nadia who's studying abroad. Fret not, I've my other favourite girls, Fifi and Camille, and my favourite boy too. :)
To Fifi, Shima, Sporty, Ginger, and everyone else who's busy with school and mugging especially, all the best.
I had Kopi-o for the past 3 days straight, 2 days were coz I really need it, but for today, I just felt like drinking it. Coffee devotee or what, but this time not to Starbucks but for a $1 coffee-in-a-styrofoam-cup. Too much of it, my breath will gradually stink. Bleargh.
After working close to a year, nowadays I have trouble deciding on what to eat during my breaks. This is what I usually do, stand at the entrance, look right, left, right and left again. If I go right, it'll be fast food and mini munchies, if I go left it'll be fast food and hawkers. Pathetic. I know, I can pack food from home and stuff, but thing is, the things I can cook, very minimal. And more importantly, I'm lazy. My point is, yesterday I decided to have laksa(will always think of MaBo at Gluttons Bay), and I prefer it without
tauge. Unfortunately, the lady decided to dump a lump of the white-skinny-vegetable-with-tail into my laksa. Upset? Yes I was, totally. I had a ridiculously hard time eating my laksa, I literally picked out the tauges, and the fact that they blend in with the laksa mee, it was harder than I thought. The laksa was piping hot and spicy, so imgaine the task of, separating the tauge, picking the mee up with my chopstick, chomping it down, within 30mins, not easy right. Oh my god, a chunk of paragraph about my laksa.
Anyways, sooner or later, I'll be dragged to go jogging, maybe even literally dragged by the hair.
On another random-not-about-food note, I wanna be cool moms like them:

Victoria Beckham with son Cruz

Nicole Richie with daughter Harlow

Gwen Stefani with son Kingston
Notice that Britney's not in the list? I don't think she deserves it, she's a better entertainer than mom. Yeah, some of you might say, Dayana's having the thought of making babies already. No. Just that my niece Maiya, she's just too adorable, that's why I'm having these baby thoughts. :)
You, me, dancefloor.
Dammmnnnnn~
On another note, that you all already know, Britney rocks & I love her.
