Today I realised how these
Two words do make a difference
Its impact especially
How it can turn a grey sky blue

As for my new job
Its undeniable tt i met with
Fussy, demanding and impatient customers
This applies to e ladies especially
Shoes are their best friend next to diamonds
And at times
It drives my blood up to e very last veins of my brain
How frustating can it get
After looking frantically for e shoe code
Screaming e shoe code
Hoping tt u'll get a response in return
Not insane but ya we do tt times in need
And bringing boxes down of tt one particular shoe
When she said
"Oh nvr mind, I dont want this one already.
Get me this in pink and blue size 7."
U jz wana strangle her
Or when u serve a very yaya-papaya customer
Spends up to 20min at e store
Gives u hopes tt she'll buy e shoe
Nods her head and smile
When suddenly she said
"Aiya its okla, i dont want."
What e hell I must say
I'll be making faces when my back is turned
Who wouldnt?

Unfortunately today
I met quite a no. of customers
With this special e-customer-is-always-right attitude

See how a simple thank you
Makes a incredibly big difference
U hv experience this before
At least once

E moral is
Dont ever be too lazy or selfish
To say
Thank you
It wont kill
No matter how small e gesture is
From someone pressing e lift for u
Or giving up a seat for u in e bus
Or picking up a fallen item for u
To someone giving u space to make ur way

Or if u lips weighs a ton
And tt spitting those two words
Is like carrying Mount Kinabalu on ur shoulders
